Partout au pays, marcheurs, donateurs et bénévoles s’unissent pour se montrer qu’ils ne sont pas les seuls à résister à la maladie de Parkinson. Depuis 1990, les marcheurs ont amassé plus de 38 millions de dollars (dont 2,35 millions de dollars en 2018) pour soutenir une vie meilleure aujourd’hui pour les Canadiens atteints de la maladie de Parkinson et un monde sans maladie de Parkinson demain.

Dr. Tiago Mestre, the Co-Principal Investigator, along with Lead Investigator, Dr. Susan Fox, are conducting a pilot study on oils made from cannabinoids (THC and CBD)—the active compounds in marijuana. They are exploring the potential benefit of cannabinoids for pain. We invite you to learn about the study and its potential implications for the future clinical use of cannabinoids. Dr. Mestre will respond to your questions following his presentation.
